At PCMS we deliver 3 different types of Carpet Cleaning methods so that we can offer the best solution for your carpets. Each process is detailed further below, and our experienced team are available to advise the best process for your carpets and building.

Dry Extraction

Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaning is one of the latest cleaning technologies found on the market and has gained increasing popularity, and approvals, by leading carpet manufacturers. This is due to its effective cleaning performance and convenience, as it does not require drying time.

The highlight of dry extraction cleaning is the application of the cleaning compound, or powder, which is inserted into the bottom part of the carpet with a motorized counter rotating brush machine. This process opens up the carpet fibres and allows the compound to settle inside, resulting in an incredibly thorough result.

Hot Water Extraction

Commonly known as steam carpet cleaning, hot water extraction cleaning uses high pressured hot water to agitate the carpet fibres and dissolve dirt which has built up in the carpet.

Hot water extraction cleaning typically involves the application of a cleaning agent on a soiled surface, followed by agitation of the carpet fibres with a brush. When the cleaning agent has settled into the carpet, for a short duration, a carpet cleaning machine is used to rinse the cleaning agent thoroughly. The carpet is then left to dry naturally.

Dry Fusion

Dry Fusion cleaning produces great cleaning result as the process mainly involves cleaning the carpet fibres by using a heavy duty motorised machine with a spinning pad, that has been immersed with cleaning solution, to absorb dirt from the carpets surface.

Dry fusion cleaning is especially popular in buildings with heavy traffic public areas because the carpets can be cleaned without much moisture, and can dry quickly to prevent causing inconvenience.
